Specificity: Detects a 120kDa* protein matching the apparent molecular mass of Sema-6A on Western blots of Sema-6A transfected COS7 cells, human colorectal cancer cells, and rat PC12 cells. In addition, shRNA knockdown of Sema-6A expression significantly reduces detection of Sema-6A using anti-Sema-6A (a.a. 772-787) antibody.
Application Notes: Recommended starting dilutions: WB 1:1000; ICC 1:250; IP 1:100.
Testing: Western blot on every lot.
