Pig plasma is sourced in the U.S. from healthy animals and may be used as source material for a variety of immunoassay and protein purification applications.  Plasma is the liquid portion of the blood, rich in a variety of proteins including albumin, immunoglobulins, complement, lipoproteins, and coagulation proteins.
