Purified His-tagged NFR1, NFR1Y429F, or NFR1T481A CDs were incubated with ATP for 30 min. The proteins were detected by immunoblotting with anti-His antibody. Application Notes: Recommended starting dilutions: WB 1:1000; ICC 1:50; IP 1:100.
Testing: Western blot on every lot.
Storage Conditions: -20°C
Handling: Supplied in 50% glycerol, so aliquots can be drawn at -20°C without thawing the stock.
