Product Overview

Host Species: Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Isotype: Mixed
Immunogen: Synthetic peptide from a central region of the human ATG3 protein [aa. 151 EGEAADMEEYE 161] conjugated to Blue Carrier Protein has been used as the immunogen. The peptide is highly conserved and homologous with the corresponding sequence derived from ATG3 protein in mouse, rat, S. cerevisiae, Macaca mulatta (monkey), Canis familiaris (dog), and many more species.
Immunogen Species: Human
Species Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
Molecular Weight: 37 kDa
Purification: Whole serum (unpurified antiserum)
Physical State: Liquid
Specificity: IHC, WB and ELISA confirmed the specificity for ATG3. A 37 kDa band, that corresponds to the molecular weight of ATG3, is detected via Western blot analysis. Human, rat, mouse. Other species not yet tested.
Application Notes: Recommended starting dilutions: WB 1:50 – 1:3000; IHC 1:50 – 1:3000.
Storage Conditions: -20°C (long term), 2 – 8°C (short term)
Handling: Supplied in 50% glycerol, so aliquots can be drawn at -20°C without thawing the stock. Keep a working aliquot at 2 – 8°C for short-term use. Spin the vial down before opening. Reconstitute in 100 µL sterile-filtered, ultrapure water before use.
Shipping Conditions: Dry ice
Expiration: Stable for 12 months from receipt (unopened).
