Chicken Serum Sterile
Whole blood from healthy chicken, seven to eight week old, either sex is collected at the time of slaughter and refrigerated within 6 hours of collection; processed within 24 hours and frozen at -20°C. This serum is then thawed in a cool water bath, sterile filtered through a 0.22 micron filter and stored at -20°C.
