Pel-Freez CTO Dr. Chris Lyle presented "Development of Large-Scale Antibody-Depleted Human Complement for Vaccine Immunogenicity Testing" at the 4th Annual Network BactiVax meeting in Birmingham, UK.
Pel-Freez's proprietary separation process removes more than 97% of background IgG and IgM while preserving complement function, and the product is available in large lots so vaccine programs can standardize their serum bactericidal and opsonophagocytic assays.
