Today we honor an extraordinary milestone: Thomas Bise has dedicated 40 years of his career to Pel-Freez Biologicals. In a world where the average worker changes jobs every four to five years, reaching four decades at the same company is something truly rare.
Through four decades of change, growth, and evolution at Pel-Freez, Thomas has been a steady presence. His experience and commitment have helped shape the company's foundation, culture, and continued success. Forty years at one company is more than a career; it is a legacy. Thomas, your dedication is an inspiration to all of us, and we are grateful for everything you have poured into Pel-Freez.
