Rabbit Anti-NMDA NR2B Subunit Antibody, Lyophilized
Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody. Recognizes human, mouse and rat forms of the NR2B subunit of NMDAR. No reactivity towards the NR2A and NR2C subunits. Immunolabeling is blocked by pre-adsorption with the immunizing fusion protein.

Frequently Asked Questions
What dilution should I use for your antibodies in western blot, ELISA or formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue?
A typical starting dilution for antibodies in immunoassays is 1:1000. Consider adjusting the dilution depending on your experimental conditions, to increase or decrease the signal-to-noise ratio, etc.
Should I store antibodies at -20°C or -80°C, and should I aliquot them on delivery?
Either is fine, but avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Our antibodies contain glycerol, so they do not freeze at -20°C but do at -80°C. If you will use the antibody within a few weeks, store it at -20°C. For long-term storage, split it into single-use aliquots and store at -80°C.
