The Human Complement Depleted Pooled Kit includes matched normal human serum and three progressively antibody-depleted samples from the same donor pool. Designed for opsonophagocytic, bactericidal, and complement activity assays to assess background antibody effects and optimize assay sensitivity.
Includes 1 mL each of normal, IgG-depleted, IgG/IgM-depleted, and IgG/IgM/IgA-depleted sera from the same serum pool.
