Normal human serum depleted by immunoaffinity chromatography. >35 mg protein per mL. Activity: 1) Alternative complement pathway >60% and 2) Classical complement pathway >80% vs. normal human serum standard when reconstituted with factor D (2 µg/mL factor D) and factor H (0.5 mg/mL factor H). Purity: No factor H or factor D detectable by immunodiffusion. Buffer: PBS, 0.4 mM EDTA, pH 7.2, with 0.02% azide. 0.22 µm filtered.
