C3/Factor B Depleted Human Serum
Normal human serum depleted by immunoaffinity chromatography. >50 mg protein per mL. Activity >80% vs. normal human serum standard when reconstituted with C3 (1.3 mg/mL C3) and factor B (0.2 mg/mL factor B). Purity: No C3 or factor B detectable by double immunodiffusion. Buffer: 10 mM sodium phosphate, 145 mM NaCl, pH 7.3. 0.22 µm filtered. Less than 5% classical and alternative complement pathway activity.
